Linux - Printer guide

1. Make sure you have CUPS installed and running.
2. Open your printer settings or visit http://localhost:631/admin (preferred)
3. When asked for credentials, enter user root and the password of the system's root user
4. Select Add Printer
5. Select Internet Printing Protocol (ipps), then Continue
6. Enter ipps://user:password@printer.oih.ac/ipp where user and password are your OIH printer credentials, then Continue
7. Set printer name (OIH-Printer), description (OIH Printer) and location (Basement), then Continue
8. Download this PPD file
9. Select it in the Provide custom PPD file form, then Continue
10. On the Default Options page that should now show, select the following under Options installed:
    • Paper Source Unit: PC-410
    • Finisher: FS-533
    • Punch Unit: PK-519 (2/4-Hole)
    • Hard disk: Installed
    • Model: C368
11. Select Set Default Options
